Operation & control

Incodis 2.0

Gelmatic’s exclusive project, which allows every machine function to be programmed, monitored and diagnosed locally and remotely in a simple and interactive way.

Level sensor

There is no longer any risk of running out of ice cream: as soon as the reserve level is reached, a symbol indicates that the mix in the hopper is no longer sufficient to ensure proper production.

Portion counter

Monitoring and evaluating operations is within everyone’s reach thanks to the clear presentation of the production data.

Photocell

Maximum convenience during service. Dispensing is activated by automatic cone/cup detection.

Performance & production

Automatic return system

After every dispensing cycle the lever automatically returns to its starting position, preventing it from being left open by accident. An accessory that stands for safety and efficiency.

Refrigerated hopper

Reliability means constant control of the production parameters; the refrigerated hopper keeps the temperature of the mix at 4 °C and therefore within the safety limit. If the hopper temperature measured by INCODIS deviates from the actual temperature, the reading can be calibrated.

Direct expansion cylinder

Efficient heat transfer cools the mix more quickly. All of this benefits the extremely fine “snowflake” structure of the ice cream, which enhances flavour perception.

Agitator Sf2

The geometry of the beater ensures minimal impact on the ice cream while preserving its structure. Every detail is designed to also improve the mixing process during the preparation phase.

Gravity production system

The transition of the mix from a liquid to a creamy state is a delicate stage of express ice cream production. The gravity system is simple and reliable and guarantees good overrun with any type of mix, even with small pieces of fruit.

Standard hopper mixer

The frequency-controlled mixer is a valuable aid for the maturing process of the mix and for maintaining an even temperature in the hopper.

High performance

Two compressors and two beater motors for independent control of hoppers and cylinders allow the two sides to work autonomously – as if you had two machines in one.

Hygiene, maintenance & connectivity

Heat Treatment

Guaranteeing the hygienic standard of the mix is synonymous with reliability and efficiency. Heat Treatment makes it possible to reduce the washing frequency while at the same time ensuring microbiological safety.

Lid

Robustness, aesthetics and operational functionality are the requirements behind every detail of Gelmatic machines. The lid makes inspecting and refilling the hopper easier, all while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
