Which soft serve machine suits my business?

That mainly depends on your expected sales volume and the space available: for cafés and smaller businesses a compact single-flavour machine such as the Giotto series is often enough. If you want to offer two flavours plus a mix, the BC or Etoile series is the right choice. For locations without staff we offer our self-service concept. Our advisors will help you choose free of charge — by phone or directly in the showroom.

Air or water cooling — which is better?

Accepted Answer

Air-cooled machines are easier to install, but they need enough clearance from the wall and release heat into the room. Water-cooled machines run more quietly and more consistently, but require a water connection. Many of our models are available in both versions.

Question 3

What power supply do I need?

Accepted Answer

Compact machines run on a standard 230 V connection. High-performance models for continuous operation usually require 400 V (three-phase power). You will find the exact connection values in the technical data of each product — or simply ask us.

How much soft serve can a machine produce per hour?

Accepted Answer

This ranges from around 10–15 kg/h for entry-level models up to approx. 29 kg/h for high-performance machines such as the BC 250 — that corresponds to several hundred portions per hour. The decisive figure is the hourly output stated in the product data.

How much effort does cleaning take?

Modern soft serve machines are designed for quick cleaning: the parts that carry the product are rinsed daily and regularly dismantled for cleaning. Many models offer cleaning programmes or pasteurisation, which reduces the effort considerably. During the training session we show your team every single step.

Question 6

Can I also lease or rent a machine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Besides purchasing, we offer leasing (24–60 months, tax deductible) and flexible long-term rental. Our quote calculator on the homepage gives you a first orientation — the actual offer is prepared individually by our team.

Question 7

Is that also possible for new business founders?

Accepted Answer

In many cases yes. Leasing or rental is particularly attractive for founders, because no large initial investment is required. We work together with financing partners and will advise you on the available options.

Is a soft serve machine actually worth it for me?

Accepted Answer

A simple calculation: at a selling price of €2.00 and cost of goods of around €0.40, roughly €1.60 remains per portion. As few as 30–40 portions sold per day already cover a typical leasing instalment — everything above that is profit. With our quote calculator you can run through your own scenario.

What does shipping cost?

Parcel shipments within Germany cost €9.90 — from an order value of €350 we deliver free of shipping charges (excluding German islands and freight-forwarded goods). Machines are delivered by forwarding agent; we state those costs in your quote.

How quickly do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Stock items such as powders, toppings and accessories usually reach you within 1–3 working days. Machines are delivered by appointment — many models are available immediately ex warehouse Wildau, on request including installation and training.

Can I collect my order myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by arrangement you can collect goods directly in 15745 Wildau near Berlin — and take the opportunity to visit our showroom while you are there.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by advance payment, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). For machines, financing and leasing are also possible.

Do I get an introduction to the machine?

Yes — with every soft serve machine we optionally offer professional instruction and training, either on site at your premises or in our showroom in Wildau. From operation and hygiene through to perfect portioning.

What happens if my machine breaks down?

Our workshop with a large spare parts stock and a Europe-wide service network ensure fast help. Many spare parts are available immediately ex stock, and our technicians support you by phone or on site.
